KIMBALL – A cold front, possibly fueled by the newly developing La Niña system in the equatorial Pacific, returned traditional winter to the tri-state region last week. The slow-moving system brought several precipitation events to the region along with cold temperatures, breeziness, blowing snow and icy roads.
