Developing La Niña: More drought or near-normal moisture in 2013?

KIMBALL – A brief winter storm was expected to flow through the tri-state region Wednesday and yesterday (Thursday), bringing cool temperatures, wind and perhaps three to five inches of new snow accumulation. The storm front was expected to have passed through the region by today, heralding a return to warm and sunny conditions for the weekend.
